The overall operations of Peachtree Communications are superintended by a well-appointed Board of Directors, all stakeholders in the company. The board is peopled by six accomplished professionals, all of whom have made their marks in their diverse professions. They include:
  • MR SEGUN AJIBOLA, SAN (Chairman)
Mr. Ajibola, a legal practitioner and astute corporate player is Chairman, Board of Directors, Peachtree Communications Ltd. He is the Managing Partner/Head of Chambers, Bola Ajibola & Co., a reputable law firm based in Lagos; and boasts an extensive professional consulting experience at home and abroad.
Ajibola, a member of several high-profile professional institutions, brings to the affairs of the Agency, a diversity of knowledge and insight across a wide field viz Education, Engineering, Capital Market, Law, Corporate Governance and Enterprise Development. He sits on the board of several Companies at home and abroad; and in addition, serves as Chairman, Board of Directors, Sienna Learning Ltd., Lagos.
 Ajibola, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), is a strong team player, consensus builder and counsellor of sorts; whose humble but sharp professional cum entrepreneurial endowments had greatly enhanced the growth of the company since mounting the saddle in October 2013.
He is a member of several professional and public institutions, some of which include : Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); International Bar Association (IBA); London Court of International Arbitration; Nigerian Society of International Law; Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF);  National Geographic Society, World Trade Centre (Nigeria); Nigerian Maritime Law Association and African Concern (an NGO).
Others are Nigerian Institute of Directors, Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce, Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Nigerian-Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, London Court of International Arbitration, Nigerian Shippers Council and the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigeria.
A consummate family man, Ajibola was conferred with the prestigious professional title of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) on August 26, 2011. He enjoys golf, travelling and networking in his spare time.
  • GBOYEGA OKEGBENRO (Vice-Chairman/CEO):
Okegbenro, a thorough-bred communications expert attended the University of Lagos and holds the institution’s Post-Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and BA Honours in History. He also holds Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ)’s Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising. He was Group Head, Advertising and Public Relations at Sunbeam Advertising and had intense exposure to servicing several high-profile accounts.
Okegbenro boasts an excellent career record as a former editor and senior journalist in several leading publications in Nigeria spanning more than two decades. He had also distinguished himself in the corporate world and public service; serving as Special Assistant (Media & Public Relations) to Sports and Social Development Minister, Mr. Steven Ibn Akiga, between 2001/2003; in addition to several previous national assignments. He had held several senior management positions in major Newspapers and Magazines in the country; in addition to serving as the founding Manager, Corporate Affairs, at the popular Insurance Company, Industrial and General Insurance Company Limited (IGI).
He is a member of several domestic and international professional organisations; member, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON); Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR); member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM); and member, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). Mr. Okegbenro supports global humanitarian work through his membership of the Lions Club International.
  • MRS. LARA FABOYEDE (Director):
Faboyede is an accomplished Bio-chemist and business woman with interest in Agriculture, Transportation and Education. A holder of MBA and BSc. Honors (Bio-Chemistry) from the University of Lagos, Mrs. Faboyede started her career as a Technologist with Nestle Plc., rising through the ranks to the position of Deputy General Manager before resigning in 2008 to concentrate on private business.
She is the CEO of Laratrade Group as well as the proprietor of Laravine Primary and Secondary Schools, Gbagada, Lagos.
